Absentee ballots have been mailed to all eligible members. Members can vote using the absentee ballot, or in person (not both).<\/p>\n<p><strong>When: <\/strong>12-6pm on Tuesday Dec 15th, 2009<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where: <\/strong>Foundation Building Colonnade (Enter building, take immediate left into hallway along 4th AVE)<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is on the ballot: <\/strong>Every member should vote on changes to the local constitution and by-Laws, proposed by the Executive board.
