Board elections<\/li>\n<li>Only members of involved area can vote to recall Area Rep.<\/li>\n<li>If officer is recalled by 2\/3 majority vote, special election will be held<\/li>\n<li>Define procedure to authorize a strike<\/li>\n<li>Exec.
